A good web site, brochure, trade show booth, commercial (well, you get the idea) must have a solid strategy behind it. In other words, it’s not all about pretty pictures and what you perceive as a brand. (My apologies to my Creative Team.) It’s about going back to the old fashion premise of having clear goals and objectives as part of your strategy first in order to measure what works and what doesn’t.
